Raman Kumar, Chairman
& Chief Executive Officer Raman Kumar, Group Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of CBay, founded the company in 1999. He is responsible for devising CBay's overall global business model, strategy and management. Under his leadership and guidance, the Company has had a meteoric rise to become the 3rd largest healthcare transcription technology and services company in the USA and the largest healthcare BPO Company in India. All this has happened in short span of six years, which speaks volumes of Raman's leadership and charisma. Some of his significant successes include the various business acquisitions in the US and India, launching of CBay's wide range of innovative solutions, creating greater operational efficiencies, managing a multinational and multicultural work force, and most importantly helping CBay to be ranked among the top technology companies in the US by Deloitte, Forbes.com, Healthcare Informatics and Inc magazines. Raman has had a fulfilling academic career. He is a Bachelor of Arts. (Hons.) and Master of Arts from St. Stephen's College, New Delhi. He attended the School of Organization and Management at Yale University, graduating in 1988, with an MBA. Raman has an extensive career spanning 22 years, in managing public and private enterprises. |

Nishikant Kadam, Vice
President - Human Resources Prior to joining CBay, he was working with M/s. GTL Limited a leading Network Engineering Company in the ITES segment as their Divisional HR Head. He also worked with M/s. Enkay Telecommunication Limited and M/s. Century Enka Limited in his more than 16 years of work experience. Nishikant holds Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Human Resources Management degrees from Mumbai University. |

President - Quality Assurance & Training
His primary
function in training involves designing a rigorous and an efficient
training program for CBay and also the development new production
centers; and ensuring successful impartment of CBay’s training
to the production centers and delivery of quality work for CBay.
He spearheaded the ISO implementation program of the company
Ashish is a Graduate in Physics from Mumbai University and holds a Diploma in Business Management from NMIMS institute, Mumbai. |

Vinayak Aatreya, Vice President - Finance & Accounting Vinayak Aatreya has nearly 10 years of sound experience in the Finance and Accounting functions in an organizational set up. Mr. Aatreya’s scope of work entails CBay audit responsibilities and management of the process as per various GAAP along with scheduling the work to support independent audit. Additionally, Mr. Aatreya holds a vital position in planning, documentation and performance of due diligence test work related to past and prospective acquisitions. At a macro level, Mr. Aatreya’s job requires his interaction with the CBay top management and the finance team in close coordination as also oversee global, group accounting and statutory and management reporting. Prior to joining CBay, Vinayak Aatreya was the Finance Controller at one India’s established radio stations, Radio City, where his responsibilities included accounts, finance, treasury operations, MIS and taxation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant. |
