The Operations Team forms the
nerve center for all CBay activities. The processes handled by the team
follow set quality and security directives.The workflow is managed by
a centralized routing team operating round the clock ensuring timely
delivery to the clients.Their main responsibilities include assigning
work, monitoring Turn Around Time (TAT) and checking volume fluctuations
for the production centers. They provide online help to production centers
& clients on day to day basis.
Transcription commences once work is routed to
the Company's wide network of production centers across India. Each
unit, which operates 24x7, has single or multiple clients assigned
to it based on production capacities, which vary from center to center.
These production centers are responsible for timely delivery and accuracy
of jobs sent by the client. This stage essentially involves transcriptionists
converting voice files sent by clients to word documents. The transcribed
files go through various levels of quality assurance where Proof Readers,
Editors and Quality Analysts check for accuracy at the Production Center.
The quality checked documents are then sent to
the Q A Team, Format and Account Management teams which ensure that
they conform to the specified templates and formats of respective clients
and deliver to the clients those documents that are more than 98.5%
accurate.
