Production Centers (PCenters) form an integral part of CBay Systems. The Production center management broadly comprises of three parts:
• Production Center Network
The management and monitoring of 37 production centers spread across 10 states in India is carried on 24x7. It takes a sustainable teamwork of nearly 5500 people to produce quality work and timely delivery. Apart from day-to-day analysis of work, operations analysts also give troubleshooting support to production centers. CBay also emphasizes the need for active communication with the clients for better business relations.
• Captive Transcription
CBay owns 5 transcription centers situated in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Nagpur. These centers handle volumes coming from 300 hospital systems, medical centers and physician practices from the USA. Everyday, each center transcribes reports for delivery, emergency, oncology, cardiology, among myriad other worktypes. Depending on the specified Turn Around Time (TAT) the reports are delivered back in 2-12 hours.
