Training
CBay developed and started its
proprietary training program for its production centers in 1999. The
CBay Training Program is ISO 9001: 2000 certified.
With highly experienced trainers at the fore, the 6 month program
includes 4 months of intensive theory and medical transcription practice
followed by 2 months of simulated production. The transcription trainers
follow the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI)
standards. Language specialists teach the English language with emphasis
on Americanism. There is an established consulting team of doctors for
handling sessions in medicine and pharmacology.
The CBay Certification Examination is conducted at the end of the training
program. Only a CBay certified Medical Transcriptionist (MT) can go
into "live" production.
CBay Training Cycle:
Successful CBay certified MTs are
also allocated unique CBay MTIDs and their performance is monitored
constantly by the corporate training team. Skill up-gradation workshops
are also conducted throughout the year. CBay has successfully trained
over 10000 MTs till date.
CBayIndia endeavors to continuously upgrade the training program to
ensure high quality parameters.
